Entry Info: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries. The Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Per show rule 6.21 all entries must be accompanied by proper entry fees. Entries sent online or faxed must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Greater Baltimore Cat Club. Returned Check Fee is $50. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. No refunds made once your entry is received or for failure to bench.
Benching: ** Grooming space, sales cages & end of row benching is extremely limited. Sales cage are only available WITH a paid entry. Single cages are approximately 22x22x22. EOR only w/extra 1/2 cage or even numbered entries Odd numbered entries with ANY size security cage must pay for extra 1/2 cage. Litter is provided, bring litter boxes.
Check In & Show Hours: Check-in will begin on Saturday at 7:30 am; Cats not benched by 8:30 am will be marked absent, report any transfers or absentees at check-in. The show will start at 9 am both Saturday and Sunday. The show hall will open at 8 am Sunday. Advertised Show Hours 9 am-4 pm both days. Cats with the except of kittens must remain in the hall until posted closing.

Awards: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number.
Household Pets: All Household Pets over the age of 8 (eight) months must be neutered or spayed and may not be declawed.
Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Under MD Sate law a rabies vaccine is required for all cats over the age of 4 months.
