Show Hall: Pikesville Armory 610 Reisterstown Road Baltimore, MD. Phone number: 410-653-6732 This is a non smoking, heated and handicapped accessible show hall. Handicap parking is available.
Entry Information: No phone entries accepted. Make checks payable to Crab & Mallet Cat Club. Return Check fee $50. All information must be on official CFA entry form or online. If entries are sent via an overnight service, make sure that no signature is required for delivery to the entry clerk. Use of ANY size security cage with odd numbered entries will require the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage. Fees paid at the door must be paid in cash. Fees not paid by the opening of the show will be assessed a $25 late fee. ANY checks received after the show opening regardless of the postmark are subject to late fees. HHP & Veterans fees may not be used as 1st and 2nd entries when entering additional cats in championship/premiership/kittens. NO REFUNDS ONCE YOUR ENTRY HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR FOR FAILURE TO BENCH. Only ONE benching request will be allowed. You may choose either an agent or a benching request. If you request an agent, additional benching requests will not be honored.
Declawed cats are not eligible for entry. No kittens under the age of 4 months will be allowed in the show hall. No cats may be left in the show hall overnight. Confirmations will be sent via email unless otherwise known by the entry clerk. The club will exercise care with the sponsorship of the show. The club, its members, nor the show hall facility will be liable for any loss or damage.
Agility Entries: Cat/kit entered in the show $10; NOT entered in the show $20.
Benching: Check in is Saturday from 8 to 9:30 am - show starts at 10 am Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. Advertised show hours are until 4 pm on both days. This is a non-vetted show. All cats & kittens are expected to be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites, and other diseases. Any evidence of disease detected by a judge and or brought to the attention of the show committee will be handled in accordance with CFA show rules. All entries should be inoculated against Feline Enteritis, Rhinotracheitis and Calici viruses and tested for Fe-LV by a licensed vet. CFA rules require that cat’s front and back paws be clipped prior to benching. Cages are approximately 22” x22” x 22”.
Scoring: All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number.

Fly-ins: Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) is approximately 15 miles south of the show hall and show hotel. Exhibitors are responsible for their own transportation, see airport link for additional info. Sorry, but the club cannot provide transportation either to the show hall or to or from the airport.
Litter: Litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter box whether using show litter or not.
Show Rules: This show is licensed by the Cat Fanciers’ Association, Inc. CFA rules will be enforced. For a copy of the rules send $7 to CFA, 260 E. Main St. Alliance, OH 44601.
All potential advertisements are to be addressed via phone or e-mail with the show manager by March 1, 2015. If you would like your beloved feline that has passed over the rainbow bridge this past year mentioned in the memoriam page of the catalog the fee is $5.
