ENTRIES: Properly completed must be submitted by exhibitor in the form of an official CFA entry form or facsimile, or an entry sent online following such entry with all information except signature typed of hand printed. The use of online entry form is interpreted as an official entry in this CFA show, and your email address on the online entry form is considered to be your signature per CFA show rule 4.05. If using the online entry please confirm receipt with the entry clerk. No phone entries accepted. Email to confirm online entries, please contact the entry clerk between 9am-10pm ONLY. Each entry, except online entries must be accompanied by full entry fee. All online entries must be paid in full in 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. The club shall charge $25 for entry fee non-payment beyond 10 day limit in CFA rule 11.08a. All check must be paid in US funds and please make checks out to William Penn Cat Club. Limit one (1) benching request per exhibitor. TIMES: Check-in is at 8:00 - 9:00 am. Judging will begin promptly at 9:30am. No change of benching assignments shall be made without permission of the show manager. All benched entries, with the exception of kittens, must remain in the show hall until the advertised closing hours of 4pm. Cage size approx. 22x22x22. SHOW HALL: The Wildwoods Convention Center 4501 Boardwalk, Wildwood NJ - (609) 729-9000. The show hall is air-conditioned, handicapped accessible and smoking is not permitted where cats are benched or judged. Show Management will take all reasonable care to safeguard the personal property of exhibitors. However, neither the club, its members, nor the hotel shall be liable for loss or damage to such property. SHOW HOTELS: Please keep in mind that it is the height of the season for this area. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION: William Penn CC / European Burmese CC reserves the right to substitute judges in case of illness or emergency. Litter will be provided but no litter pans will be provided -- we remind exhibitors to bring their own. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed entries are permitted. Cats or Kittens should be clean and free of fungus, fleas, ear mites and any contagious of infectious illness. No kitten under the age of 4 months shall be permitted in the show hall. The state of New Jersey mandates current rabies and inoculations for all cats -- it is advisable to bring your cat’s certificate with you. All cats or kittens for sale must have entry in show and must ensure an enclosed, secured carrier. no exhibitor may leave cats or kittens in the show hall overnight. By entering all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and show committee and to adhere to CFA show rules.
