The Show Hall is temperature controlled and is handicapped accessible. Cat Show Room Rate is $79.00 single or double and $50 refundable pet fee. Hours: Check-in is 7:30 - 8:30 am All cats must be benched by 8:30 am or they will be marked absent. Advertized Show Hours are Saturday 9 am – 5:00 pm Sunday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. The show will start promptly at 9:00 am on Saturday and at 8:30 am on Sunday. All entries must remain in the show hall until 5:00 pm on Saturday and 4:00 pm on Sunday. Entries: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries. The Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Fax/Email entries MUST be PAID within 10 DAYS of entry per CFA show rules or a $10 surcharge will apply, and entries must be paid in cash at the door. Please make checks payable to The Tonkinese Breed Association, US checks only. Canadian Exhibitors – Entries may be paid in cash (U.S. $) at the door with no penalty. No refunds made once your entry is received. Phone entries and post-dated checks prohibited. Entries must be on official CFA entry blank. Entry clerk will call collect if a question arises. Benching: Bring your own litter pans. Club will provide litter. Individual cage size is 22”x22”x22”. Cats may not remain in show hall after show hours. If you are bringing a show shelter, you will be charged for a double space; do not request a single space if you are bringing a show shelter. Only 1 agent or bench request per exhibitor. Info: Any cat showing signs of fleas, fungus, ear mites, or kitten/s for sale without registration slip proof of age WILL be removed from show hall upon complaint. All cats/kittens should be inoculated against feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies (MA state law-bring proof) and tested for FeLV. All claws MUST be clipped prior to benching. NO DECLAWED CATS ALLOWED. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regionalawards. No vet inspection prior to benching. Show management is not liable for loss, damage or injury to cat or person at show, or for articles left behind after show. Show held under rules of CFA. Fly-Ins: Both Providence/TF Green (PVD) & Boston/Logan (BOS) airports are approximately 40 miles from the show hall/show hotel. Exhibitors are responsible for their own transportation.
