Southern Tier is raffling a stunning handmade quilt sewn by an award-winning quilter. This quilt is approximately 52" x 52" and is hand stitched using multiple fabrics in beautiful shades of blue, black and purple. There is a slot sewn across the top so this quilt can also be displayed as wall hanging. Tickets are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00.
