Entry Info: Region 7 is subsidizing $7 of the each entry fee; fees listed above have subtracted the subsidy. NO Additional Fees for Online/Fax Entries. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to enter and to verify that all information contained on the confirmation is correct. Confirm all online/fax entries by email with the Entry Clerk; neither the Entry Clerk nor the club will be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Full payment must accompany all mailed entries. Per Show Rule 11.08a all fax or online entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Cat Club of the Palm Beaches. Send PayPal payments BEFORE CLOSING DATE to meloncali@comcast.net please note which show the payment is for. Use of Security cages with a single entry will require the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage. No substitutions after closing date. No refunds will be given for failure to bench.
Show Hall/Hotel: Renaissance World Golf Village Resort & Convention Center 500 South Legacy Trail St. Augustine FL 32092 Ph: 904-940-8000 (info only) The room rate is $129 + tax (the resort fee has been waived). The Southern Region has guaranteed 100 room nights; we are credited with only the rooms that use our group link. The parking charge has been waived; if you want to use the valet parking service there is charge of $10 per day. The pet fee has been waived; but at time of check in you will be asked to sign a damage waiver and leave a $200 damage deposit. This credit card receipt will be destroyed at time of check out. This rate is available for the two days before our event and the two days after the event. The hotel offers provides transportation with no charge to the historic areas of St. Augustine. Hotel check in is 4 PM (unless special arrangements have been made with the hotel). Hotel check out is 11 AM (unless special arrangements have been made with the hotel).
Show Check In: Friday 3 – 6 pm and Saturday 7:30 – 8 am. Judging will start at 8:30 am on Saturday and at 9 am on Sunday. Advertised show hours are 9 am – 4 pm both days.
Airport Info: Jacksonville Intl Airport (JAX) is about 50 minutes from the show hall. Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) is about 1 hour from the show hall. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 2 hours from the show hall.
Benching: Cats are not permitted to leave the show hall during posted show hours without the permission of show management. Single cages measure 22” x 22” x 22”. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels for the top, sides and bottom of your benching cage. Litter will be provided. Please bring cat food/water bowls and litter pans.
Awards: This is a CFA licensed show. Rosettes and ribbons will be awarded in accordance with CFA Show Rules. Permanent ribbons will be used for color classes. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number.
Health & Sales: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. No kittens under four (4) months of age will be permitted in the show hall. All cats and kittens for sale must have valid Florida Health Certificates as required by Florida Law. The sponsoring club will not be responsible if this law is not followed.

Liability: CCPB reserves the right to add and/or substitute judges not named in the show flyer should it become necessary. CCPB will take reasonable care of all cats and personal property, but will not be held liable for loss of property, damage, or accidents to cats or exhibitors.
