Entry Info: Entries must be submitted on official CFA forms or fascimilies. Entries must be typed or printed neatly. All entries must be accompanied by proper fees; Make check payable to Colonal Annapolis Cat Fanciers (CACF); checks must be drawn on US banks. Payment at check in MUST BE IN CASH. Due to space limitations, one bench request per exhibitor will be accepted; if an agent is listed, agent will be considered your benching request. Use of Security cages with an odd number of entries will require the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage. * Paid End of Row must be even numbered entries or a paid extra 1/2 cage. No EOR fee for handicapped exhibitors. No Fee for Substitutions.
All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens must be four months old by the first day of the show. Declawed cats are ineligible; all claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. This is a non-vetted show. It is strongly advised that all cats and kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies. Under MD state law a rabies vaccine is required by all felines over 4 months of age.
This show is held under the auspices of the Cat Fanciers’ Association. CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the show rules is available by sending $7.00 to CFA, 260 E. Main St, Alliance, OH 44601.
Benching and Show Hours: Check-in will begin at 7:00 am Saturday; Judging starts at 8:30 AM and show hours are 8:30 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday; Show hours on Sunday are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Cats not benched by 8 am Saturday will be marked absent. Report any transfers or absentees at check-in. All cats, except kittens, must remain in the hall until closing.
Show Hall: Tall Cedars Hall, 2501 Putty Hill Ave [Corner of Old Harford Rd.] Parkville, MD 21234 410-668-4545. Showhall is air conditioned, non-smoking and handicap accessible. Single cages are approximately 22x23x22. One entry with double or a full Sales Cage measures approximately 44 x 22 x 23 - back and sides and base of cages must be covered for security. Due to space limitations grooming table must not extend more than 24” from benching and no oversized personal chairs will be allowed in the aisles (excepting mobility devices for HC).
Show Hotel: Hunt Valley Inn 245 Shawan Road, Hunt Valley, MD Ph: 866-950-8893. Show Rate $99 per night and no pet fee. Our block of rooms will be held until May 1.
Local Airport: Baltimore Washington International airport (BWI) Is about 23 miles from the show hall, please plan at least 30 minutes or more driving time.
