**We are very proud to have the opportunity to see a real treasure from South Africa. Judge Brenda Neukircher, from Republic Of South Africa. Here are just a few of her qualifications:
  • Registered cattery with SACC since approximately 1996 under the name of L’Exquisite. She specializes in smokes and solids with emphasis on white Persians and Exotics. She has also bred tabbies, pointed and bi-colour Persians and Exotics to CFA standards. She is a qualified Persian/Exotic judge since approximately 1998. Vice-chairlady of CJI judges panel for SACC and member of the SACC Ethics Committee for 2 years. Qualified Mediumhair judge during 2005 with CFSA. Qualified Group B Foreign judge at SACC and about to complete Group A and Group C Foreign course. Member of IJN (SACC) judges panel. Have been a member of CFC as well as Chairlady of CFC, show manager and steward at SACC for several years. Stewarded at CFSA since 2001 and was chairlady and show manager of EPIC Cat Club at CFSA. Chairlady of CFSA Gauteng Judges Forum during the 2005 and 2006 years.
  • Breeder of CFSA Cat of the Year 2002 (SPCH L'Exquisite Count Pushkin ¬CEW Persian adult). Breeder of CFSA Neuter of the Year 2004 (SPPR L'Exquisite Showbiz ¬ CEW Persian neuter). Breeder of CFSA Kitten of the Year 2005 (L'Exquisite C'est si Bon ¬blue spotted tabby Persian adult). Breeder of SACC Cat of the Year 2006 (NW SPCH L'Exquisite Beau Monde CEW Persian neuter). Breeder of CFSA Cat of the Year 2008 (Trp SPCH L'Exquisite C'est si Bon - blue spotted tabby Persian adult). Breeder Runner-up SACC Neuter of the Year 2009 (SPPR L’Exquisite Mystique ¬ CEW Persian neuter). Owner Runner-up CFSA Kitten of the Year 2009 (Ormeryds Sundover of L'Exquisite ¬black exotic male). Owner CFSA Cat of the Year 2009 (SPCH Palmetto's Victor of L'Exquisite NW black smoke Persian adult). In the top 3 catteries for CFSA during 2005 and 2006. Breeder of CFSA Litter of the Year 2005. Breeder of CFSA Sire of the Year 2009. Bred and owned several CFSA Gold and Ruby winners. Stewarded in France in March/April 2002. Licensed WCF judge (longhair and semi-longhair). Judged in Italy and France (Baltard for LOOF) during January 2007. Judged in France (Baltard for LOOF) during January 2008 and January 2009. Active exhibitor of Persians/Exotics.

    Entry Fees: Fees MUST accompany the entry form. Please pay ALL fees prior to the Show. SDCC accepts PayPal Please use MelonCali@comcast.net for your PayPal payment.
    Entries: Entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form or acceptable copy. Email Entries must include all information normally on the Official entry form. Entries from the online entry form are equivalent to Official entry forms. Entry clerk will call COLLECT if any questions arise concerning your entry. A $35 check fee will be charged on all returned checks. Paid entries will be entered before Fax, Email, or Online entries on a daily basis. No refunds for failure to bench.
    Hours: Check-In on Saturday 7:30 – 8:30. Judging hours are 9 -6 Sat. Doors will be open to the public 9–5 Sat.
    Show Hall: The Showplace Annex, 3002 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA. The Show Hall is both heated and air-conditioned. This is a Non-Smoking facility. Parking is free for exhibitors and spectators. Showplace phone number is 804-225-8877.
    Show Hotel: Clarion Hotel 5203 Williamsburg Road, Sandston VA 23150 Phone: 804 222 6450. Mention SDCC for group rate of $82.00 which includes made to order hot breakfast 7A-9P. Group rate deadline is 9/25/09 – so make your reservations early! There are a number of other pet friendly hotels in the area including Red Roof Inn Richmond Airport 5209 Williamsburg Road (I-64 at South Airport Dive, Exit #197-A) Sandston, VA 23150 804-440-5770. Mention SDCC for group rate of $54.99. Deadline 9/25/09 as well.
    Supplies: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food, and water/food dishes.
    Health: This is a non-vetted show. Southern Dixie strongly recommends testing for FeLV/FIV. Cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be asked to leave the show hall.
    General: CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. Show rules may be obtained for $5 from CFA PO Box 1005 Manasquan, NJ 08736. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All Championship, Premiership & registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National/Regional Awards. Registration number of cats must be printed in the catalog; registration numbers for kittens can be submitted at the show to the master clerk. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify Entry Clerk of any errors.

    Household Pets: HHPs will be judged in all 6 rings. Adult cats (8 month or older) must be altered. Kittens must be at least 4 months of age. Household pets are not eligible for competition if they have been de-clawed. All cats must be entered prior to closing.
    Benching: All benching will be by exhibitor and no changes in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22"W x 22"H x 22"D. Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored whenever possible.

    Linda Miltz Peoples Choice Award: Kat Simons from Lite 98fm radio show "Kat's Cafe" will be Awarding the "Linda Miltz" trophy to the cat voted: "Most Likely to Steal Your Heart" by Exhibitors and Spectators.
