Entry Info: Entry fees include $2.00 for CFA /NAR. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to confirm fax/online entry was received. Club is not responsible for faxed/online entries not received due to communication errors. All entries must be submitted on the official CFA entry blank, accompanied by the proper fees. CFA registration numbers must be included for all championship, premiership and AOV classes. Kittens must be four months old by the first day of the show. Make checks payable to SOCF for Saturday show and OSA for Sunday show. All checks must be drawn on US banks or paid in US funds. Entry Fess can be paid by PayPal, make payments to meloncali@comcast.net all PayPal payments must be received by closing date. If paying the day of the show, cash is required at the door. *If you must pay by check at the door an additional $5.00 will be charged.
Show Hall: Charles Chrin Community Center of Palmer Township 4100 Green Pond Rd. Easton (Palmer), PA 18045 Phone: 610-252-2098. Our show hall, is heated and air conditioned. Smoking is not permitted.
Starting Times: The show hall will be open at 7:15 a.m. All cats must be benched by 8:30 a.m. or they will be marked absent. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. All entries must remain in the show hall until 4 p.m. unless permission is received from the show manager.
Show Hotel: Best Western Lehigh Valley Hotel & Conference Center 300 Gateway Drive US Bethlehem, PA 18017 Phone: 610-866-5800. Rate $79, which includes pet fee and hot breakfast. Free shuttle from Lehigh Valley Airport to hotel!
General Info: Cages are approximately 22”x22”x22”. All entries should be inoculated against Feline Enteritis, Rhinotracheitis, and Calici Virus and tested for FeLV by a licensed vet. Cats should be free of mites, fleas & fungus. CFA rules require cats' front & back claws be clipped. Our show is held under the auspices of the Cat Fanciers’ Association, show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the rules is available for $7 from CFA, 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601.
The club has the right to add judges not named in the show announcement to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes. All championship, premiership, and registered kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards.
Litter will be available. Please bring your own litter pan, water bowl and cat food. People food will be available. Cats may not be left in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care in the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury. No watchman will be provided during the hours the show is not open.
