ENTRIES: All monies must be in US funds and received within 10 days, per show rules. Make checks payable to Sanguine Silver Society. All entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form via Online, Fax or US Mail. Entry clerk will call COLLECT if any questions arise concerning your entry. No refunds for failure to bench.
SHOW HOTEL: Holiday Inn, 242 Adams Place, Boxborough, MA 01719 Phone: 978-263-8701.Show rate and rooms held ONLY until 11/10/10 is $89.00 single or double – 48 hours to cancel, with a refundable $100 pet deposit fee, if no damages.
SHOW HALL: The show hall is both heated and air-conditioned. This is a non-smoking facility. FREE PARKING. Cats will not be permitted in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care on the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury.
SUPPLIES: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food and food & water dishes.
HEALTH: This is a non-vetted show; however, all cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites, parasites of any kind and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be told to leave the show hall. It is strongly recommended that all cats be vaccinated against: Panleukopenia, Rhinotrachetitis, Calicivirus and tested negative for FeLV before entry. The State of Massachusetts requires that all cats be vaccinated for rabies. Show hall management may ask for a copy of your rabies certificate.
GENERAL: CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. Current rules may be obtained for $5 from CFA 1805 Atlantic Ave. Manasquan, NJ 08736. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. Registration number of cats must be printed in the catalog; registration numbers for kittens can be submitted at the show to the master clerk. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of any errors.
BENCHING: No change in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored wherever possible.
