PSCC Entry Fees


Show Hall: Cowlitz County Regional Conference & Special Events Center 1900 7th Ave. Longview, WA 98632. No alcoholic beverages allowed. Smoking outdoors in designated areas only. The hall is heated, and is handicapped accessible. Free Parking. Overnight RV Facilities are available; call the center for details, 360-577-3121. The cost is $10 per night, payable to the club with your entries
Entry Information: All entries must be signed and submitted on an official CFA form or exact facsimile. Fees must accompany entry forms. Checks must be in U.S. funds and made payable to PSCC. No refunds will be made once entries have been received or for failure to bench. Pay Pal is available online for this show. Credit Card/Debt Card payment is also available. * Late Fee will be assessed if entry fees are not paid or postmarked by the day of the show. **Exhibition or Sales Entries must be accompanied by a CFA Entry Form or will not be accepted. Blue cream & blue cream patterned (pointed or tabby) qualify for the $5 discount.
Show Rules: The show will be conducted in accordance with current CFA show rules. These may be obtained for $5.00 plus $2.00 postage from CFA, 260 East Main Street, Alliance, OH 44601.
All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. No declawed cats may be entered in any class. Kittens registration numbers received after the closing date of the show can be given to the Master Clerk on the day of show.
Exhibitors and their cats must stay in the show hall during the advertised show hours, unless they receive permission from show management.
Health: No veterinary inspection will be required prior to benching. We advise that cats be vaccinated against feline viral rhinotracheitis, feline enteritis, calici viruses, and rabies. Front and back claws must be clipped before benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for entry. All cats are expected to be free of fleas, mites, and infectious illnesses.
Household Pets: Household pets are eligible only for awards in the Household Pet Class. Household pets are to be judged separately from all other cats, solely on beauty and condition. Wild cats or wild cat-domestic hybrid crosses are not eligible for entry. All Household Pets eight (8) months of age or older must be spayed or neutered.
Cages: Single cages (one provided per entry) are 21” x 21” x 21”. Double cages are 21” x 45” x 21”. No more than one adult cat or two kittens are permitted in a single cage. Three sides, the top and the bottom of the cage must be covered.
Food & Litter: Litter will be provided. Cat food will be available as donated. We suggest you bring your cat’s preferred food, as well as litter pans and food and water dishes. People food is available at the venue; homemade soups, salads, and sandwiches are among the items served.
Show Hotel: The Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Kelso 510 Kelso Drive, Kelso, WA 98626 has a special rate for the Puget Sound Cat Club event: $82.00 - single/double occupancy and $15 per room pet fee. Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet will be included in the above rates. (Pet fee is waived for all R&R Gold & Platinum members) The rate is good for 3 days prior and 3 days after the event.
