Our Show Photographer is Scott Carter. Entries: No additional fees for online/faxed entries. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm receipt of online/fax entries with the Entry Clerk; the club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Mailed entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form. Fees MUST accompany the entry form. No refunds for failure to bench. Sales cage must accompany a paid entry. Use of ANY size security cage with odd numbered entries requires the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage space. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Show rule 2.19E The MISCELLANEOUS (Non-Competitive) CLASS is for any registered cat or registered kitten of a breed not accepted for Provisional Breed competition. Miscellaneous Class entries are examined by judges; however, no awards will be made in this class. People food will be available; NO outside food/drink allowed in show hall. Room Rates; $98 single or double, $108 triple, $118 quad if reserved by August 5, 2016. DON’T DELAY; OUR BLOCK FILLS EVERY YEAR. There will be a one time non-refundable pet fee of $25 for one night for all rooms that will have pets in them; additional nights are $10 per night. The Sturbridge Host has a AAA three-star rating with restaurants, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. Advertised show hours: Saturday 11 am – 5 pm & Sunday 9 am – 4 pm. Supplies: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food, and water/food dishes. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. General: CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. Copy of rules may be obtained for $7 from CFA, 260 E. Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify entry clerk of any errors. Benching: All benching will be by exhibitor and no changes in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22"W x 22"H x 22"D.
