ENTRY INFO: Entries are accepted now. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to email the Entry Clerk to confirm online entries received. Neither the club, nor the EC will be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE CLOSING DATE. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. SHOW HALL: Main Street Armory 900 East Main St. Rochester, NY 14605 Phone: 585-232-3221. The show hall is handicapped accessible and air conditioned. People food will be available. SHOW HOURS: Check in Saturday: 7:30-8:30 am. Judging will begin at 9 am Saturday and Sunday. Advertised show hours are 9 am to 4 pm both days. SCORING: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. This is a CFA licensed show and all CFA show rules will be enforced. A copy of the show rules may be purchased for $7 from CFA. The club reserves the right to add judges not named in the flyer. A single cage size is 22”x22”x26” and is included with your entry fee. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Litter will be available; bring your own litter pans, cat food, and dishes. HEALTH: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. LOCAL HOTEL INFO: There is no designated show hotel. Hotels in Henrietta @ Exit 46 off the NY Thruway.
