NEW SHOW HALL: Tri State Sports @ the Sun Center 63 Concord Rd, Aston, PA 19014. Excellent people food will be available in the show hall. The show hall is heated and handicapped accessible. No smoking is allowed in the show hall. Reasonable care will be taken of cats and personal property, but show management and National Birman Fanciers, Inc. are not liable for loss, injury or damages.

FLY-INS: We are close to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).

SHOW HOTEL: Holiday Inn Select 630 Naamans Rd, Claymont, DE 19703 302-792-2700. A block of rooms will be available thru September 21st at a special show rate of $89.00 + $25.00 non-refundable pet fee. You must mention National Birman Fanciers when reserving your room to receive the show rate.

EXHIBITOR INFO: Check in is from 7:30 – 9:00. Any cat not benched by 9:00 will be marked absent. Judging will begin at 9:30 AM on both days. Advertised hours are 9:30 to 4:30 on Saturday and 9:30 to 3:30 on Sunday. Cage size is approximately 22”x22”x22”, bring cage curtains (or coverings) to cover the sides, top and bottom of the cage. Please inform the entry clerk if you have your own security cage. Litter will be provided, but not litter pans.
CFA registration numbers are required for all Championship, Premiership and A.O.V. classes. Kittens must be 4 months old by the date of the show. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. No declawed entries are permitted and all entry’s front and rear claws must be clipped prior to benching. No kittens under 4 months are permitted in the show hall or on the show grounds. No cats or kittens may be left in the show hall overnight. Only benched cats and kittens are permitted in the show hall, none may be confined in carriers. This is a non-vetted show, and all entries are expected to be inoculated against feline enteritis, rhinotrachetis, calici virus and rabies and to be tested negative for FeLv. The exhibitor of any entry showing evidence of fungus, fleas, ear mites or any contagious disease will be asked to remove that entry as well as their other entries from the show hall.
National Birman Fanciers, Inc. reserves the right to substitute judges in case of illness or emergency. By entering exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and the show committee and to adhere to CFA show rules. Copies of CFA show rules may be obtained for $5.00 each from CFA, 1805 Atlantic Avenue, Manasquan, NJ 08736.

CATALOG ADS & RING SPONSORSHIP: If you have a camera ready ad and would like to use that, send it to Joann Lamb as a .pdf file. If you would like Joann to create an ad for you there is NO additional charge. Just send the text and any photo you would like to use by October 9th and she will make up the ad for you.
We are dedicating rings at the show this year to Birman breeders Betty Cowles, Jan Gabbard and Blanche Wells who passed away this year. If you would like to place a catalog ad to honor one of the ladies, or all three please let Joann know. Your ad can just advertise your cattery, if you wish --- or do that AND mention a name or names of these departed friends. Ads can be full page @ $45, half page @ $25 or quarter page @ $15. Your ad, AND PAYMENT, must reach me by October 9th !!!!
Our ring sponsorship donations this year can also honor these ladies! For a $20 donation, your name, or the name of your cattery will be displayed in the ring of your choice and in the show catalog. Of course you may choose to sponsor more than one ring!!!
This year the "Seal Point" ring will be dedicated to Betty Cowles, our "Lynx Point" ring will be dedicated to Jan Gabbard, and our "Blue Point" ring will be dedicated to Blanche Wells. The other rings will celebrate our "Chocolate point" Birmans, our "Lilac point" Birmans and our "Tortie and Red" points.

NBF ANNUAL DINNER AND MEETING: These events will be held on October 20, 2007. The buffet dinner cost is $25.50 per person. The buffet includes salad and three entries...Mardi Gras Seafood Pasta, Salisbury Steak w/mushroom gravy, and Herb Roasted Chicken. The buffet table will also have warm rolls, butter, chef’s choice of vegetable and starch, a dessert display, regular and decaf coffee, specialty hot teas and iced tea.
The hotel wants to be paid in full 14 days before the event which is October 5. Since it can take up to a week for check to clear reservations and checks must be received by Carol List by September 28th, 2007. After the cut off date, reservations can be accommodated if someone cancels. The substitute person will need to reimburse the person who made the reservation.
