SHOW HALL/HOTEL: Sheraton Music City Hotel 777 McGavock Pike Nashville, TN 37214 Ph: 615-885-2200. $85 per night room rate, no pet fee. Close to the Airport with a FREE airport shuttle. The show hall is air conditioned, heated and is handicapped accessible. Free parking available. No outside food in show hall. People food available. This is a smoke free facility. In accordance with Tennessee state statutes and CFA rules, there will be NO SMOKING in the show hall.
SHOW HOURS: Check in: Sat. 7:30 to 8:30 am. Judging: 9:00 am both Sat & Sun. Advertized show hours: Saturday 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday 10 am to 4 pm.
ENTRY INFO: It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to confirm ALL online/fax entries with the entry clerk. The club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. As per CFA Rules, payment must accompany mailed entries; your payment for entries of online/fax entries must be made within 10 days or the start of the show, whichever comes first. Make checks payable to Nashville Cat Club; no post-dated checks returned check fee $75. We will attempt to honor ONE benching request per exhibitor. Use of ANY size security cage with odd numbered entries will require the purchase of an extra ½ cage. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens less than 4 months of age not allowed in show hall. If challenged, exhibitors must have litter registration available to verify kitten’s age. All cats in the show hall must be entered or benched in sales cages. There will be no veterinarian inspection prior to benching. All cats must be free from fleas, ear mites or any infectious or contagious illness. You are advised to have your cat inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies and tested for feline leukemia virus before entry. Front and rear claws must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed cats may be entered. CFA SHOW RULES WILL BE IN EFFECT. Copies of CFA Show Rules may be obtained from CFA 260 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601 for $7.
SUPPLIES: Litter will be furnished. Please bring your own litter pan. Bring your own food and food bowls. Cage size is approximate size 21” x 21” x 21” (single cage included with entry); 21” x 21” x 45” (double cage). You will need cloth or towels to hang on the inside and cover the top and bottom of the cage. Please bring your cat to the show hall in a carrier or other sturdy container.
Reasonable care will be taken to protect all cats and personal property; neither the Show Management nor the Hotel is responsible for anything lost or damaged.
