Show Hall/Hotel: Sheraton Music City Hotel 777 McGavock Pike; Nashville, TN 37214 Phone: 615-885-2200. Special Show Rate: $79/night. Use this link to book. Close to the Airport with a FREE airport shuttle. The show hall is air conditioned, heated and is handicapped accessible. Free parking available. No outside food allowed in the show hall great people food is available. This is a smoke free facility. In accordance with Tennessee state statutes and CFA rules, there will be NO SMOKING in the show hall.
AIRPORT: Nashville Metropolitan Airport (BNA) is approximately 1 mile from the hotel. Transportation to and from the hotel: The hotel airport shuttle operates daily from 5:30 am until 11:00 pm or Taxi (approximately $9).
Show Hours: Check-in Saturday from 7:30-8:30 am Judging begins promptly at 9:00am on Saturday and 9:00am on Sunday. Advertised Show Hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and 10:00am to 4:00pm Sunday.
Entry Info: Make checks payable to Nashville Cat Club. As per CFA Rules, payment must accompany mailed entries; your check or payment for entries of on-line or faxed must be made within 10 days or the start of the show, whichever comes first; no post-dated checks or phone entries. Please waive signature on overnight deliveries. There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for online or faxed entries. Email entries will be confirmed by email and directions to show hall will be included. We will attempt to honor ONE benching request per exhibitor. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Kitten registration numbers only may be given to the master clerk prior to the start of the show. Kittens less than 4 months of age not allowed in show hall. If challenged, exhibitors must have litter registration available to verify kitten’s age. All cats in the show hall must be entered or benched in sales cages.
General: There will be no veterinarian inspection prior to benching. All cats must be free from fleas, ear mites or any infectious or contagious illness. You are advised to have your cat inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies and tested for feline leukemia virus before entry. Front and rear claws must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed cats may be entered. CFA SHOW RULES WILL BE IN EFFECT. Copies of CFA Show Rules may be obtained for $7.00 from CFA Central Office: 260 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601.
Litter will be furnished. Please bring your own litter pan. Bring your own food and food bowls. Cage Size: Approximate size 21” x 21” x 21” (single cage included with entry); 21” x 21” x 45” (double cage). Please bring your cat to the show hall in a carrier or other sturdy container. You will need cloth or towels to hang on the inside and cover the top and bottom of the cage. Reasonable care will be taken to protect all cats and personal property; neither the Show Management nor the Hotel is responsible for anything lost or damaged.
