Show Hall & Hotel
Best Western at Hunts Landing120 Routes 6 and 209 Matamoras, PA 18336 Phone 570-491-2400. The show hall is a NON-SMOKING facility and is heated & air-conditioned. Food service for exhibitors will be available. The hotel does accept pets, although a pet fee may be charged.




Payment Info: ONLINE AND FAXED ENTRIES ACCEPTED. You must email entry clerk to confirm receipt of faxed and online entries. Make checks payable to Warwick Valley Feline Fanciers. PayPal is accepted, email payment to meloncali@comcast.net. All fees MUST accompany entries and be payable in US funds. Post-dated checks will not be accepted. Please use only official CFA entry forms. Collect calls will be made for illegible forms or faxes. ALL Canadian entries must be paid in cash (US Funds) at the door. The club is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or blank faxed entries. NOTE: Faxed or online entries are not guaranteed until payment is received. Fax/Email entries MUST be PAID within 10 DAYS of entry or a $25 fee will be assessed at check-in.
Show Hours: Check-in will be from 7:00-8:15 a.m. The show will start promptly at 8:30 a.m.
Scoring: All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards.
Vetting: The show is non-vetted. All entries should be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, rabies, and tested negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of entries must be clipped prior to benching.
Miscellaneous: Show management will take reasonable care of cats and carriers, but will not be responsible for losses and damages.
General: CFA rules will be enforced. A copy of the show rules may be obtained for $5.00 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736. Registration numbers for cats entered in championship and premiership classes must be printed in the catalog. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of errors.
Food and Supplies: Litter will be provided. Bring your own litter pans and cat food.
