Award sponsorships are $45 for Regional Wins (Cat, Kitten or Premier), $45 for DM awards and $20 for Regional breed wins (Championship only).All sponsorship requests must be in by May 11, 2009. Please contact Debbie Kusy kiling@aol.com to order duplicate Regional Awards and DMs. Duplicate orders received after May 11 thru May 18 will incur a $10.00 rush charge. Duplicate orders received after May 18 will incur a $20.00 post production/shipping charge & will not be guaranteed for delivery at the banquet. Name changes (breeder in place of owner, etc.) will incur a service charge of $5.00 per award. Corrections – If an award must be redone as a result of error on the part of Baturin Designs, we must be notified within 30 days of award presentation, or a $25.00 service charge will be incurred. Please note: the award is to be returned to us for correction. We are able to dissolve the crystal photo and redo the process on the original crystal award. Kitten and Premiership breed winners will receive certificates. Duplicate certifcates are available, please contact Nancy Jenkins nancyjenkins@comcast.net for duplicate certificates only. ALL award photos are due on May 11, 2009. A blank space will be left when no photo is received. ** See Below Photo is to be accompanied by the following info: Division (CH/Kit/PR) and The cat's registered name – no titles – as the photo “file” name (attachment) NOTE: Original awards will only reflect the names and the final placement, as it appears on the official CFA regional award list provided by the regional director. No exceptions. Digital and scanned photos are to be limited to 4x6” at 300 dpi minimum. Hard copy photos, with the info above may be mailed to: Baturin Designs, PO Box 305, Carpentersville, IL 60110 AND Debbie Kusy, 153 Gay Street, Parkesburg, PA 19365 All photos will be returned with the award. ** Where recipient has not provided any photo, they may have it added to their award after the banquet, by returning the award to us, along with their photo and accompanied by a $20.00 post-production & mailing fee Photos must be to Debbie by May 26, 2009. If you have a Regional Winner, Best of Breed in Championship (2nd and 3rd BOB see info below) or DM in the NAR please send a photo of that cat to Debbie. Please send good quality images, the better the image, the better the final result. Please identify the cat in the image and label the back of the photo with the cat’s full name and title, and the award your cat earned. If you want the photo returned please include a stamped return envelope. Photos must be to Debbie by May 26, 2009. In addition to the above photos the 2nd & 3rd Best of Breed in Championship will be presented in the slide presentation. Send those photos to Debbie by June 2, 2009. Please identify the cat in the image and label the back of the photo with the cat’s full name and title, and the award your cat earned. If you have a photo for “On the Road Again” send it to Debbie by June 2, 2009. If you want the photo returned please include a stamped return envelope. Don't wait, if your cat is an Award Winner please send photos immediately. Qualifications: - Top 25 cats in Championship, top 25 Kittens and top 25 cat in Premiership will receive Regional Wins (RW). The award is a plaque with the cat's photo etched onto the plaque. - Best of Breed, 2nd Best of Breed and 3rd Best of Breed in Championship will receive Breed Wins. The award is a plaque (no photo). - Best of Breed, 2nd Best of Breed and 3rd Best of Breed in Kittens and Premiership will receive a certificate. - Distinguished Merit (DM) cats will receive an award. Points needed for a Regional Breed Win (CH, KIT & PR) is 100. Points needed for a Regional Color Win (CH only, there are no color wins for KIT & PR) is 50.
