Entry Info: Entries are accepted now. Entry Fees include CFA & Regional surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Midwest Persian Tabby Fanciers and should be mailed to Megan Hiemstra, 15811 Maxwell Ave. Plymouth, MI 48170, all funds must be in US funds. ALL fees paid at the door must be in CASH. No credit cards. No refunds once your entry has been received or for failure to bench. Single entry with ANY size security cage requires the purchase an extra 1/2 cage space. A working club member entry rate, equivalent to the third entry rate, is granted only to club members who actively work on show production tasks. Show Hours: 7:30 - 8:30 am Saturday; any cat not benched by 8:30 am will be marked absent and must check in with the clerk in each ring. Please report any transfers or absentees at check-in. Judging will begin at 9 am both days. All adult entries must remain in the show hall during advertised hours of 9 am – 5 pm (or until completion of judging). Household Pets: All entries must be at least 4 months old; all entries 8 months or older must be neutered or spayed. Entries may not be declawed. Additional Info: Cage size is approximately 22"x22"x22" and is included with your entru fees. Bring cage curtains (or coverings) to cover the sides, top and bottom of cage. New exhibitors are advised to bring cage drapes or towels, etc. for the floor, sides and top of the cage. Please advise the entry clerk if this is your first show. Local Hotel Info: Local Airport Info: Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) is about 15 miles from the show hall. Toledo Express Airport (TOL) is about 50 miles from the show hall. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. The exhibitor of any entry showing evidence of fungus, fleas, ear mites or any contagious disease will be asked to remove that entry as well as their other entries from the show hall. By entering exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and the show committee and to adhere to CFA show rules. CFA show rules are available for $7 from CFA, 260 E.
