Show Hours: Check-in will be from 7:30 to 8:30am. Advertized show hours are 9am to 6pm Saturday and 9am to 4pm Sunday. Show Hall: Richland County Fairgrounds 750 N. Home Rd. Mansfield, OH 44906 Ph 419-747-3717. The show hall is a NON-SMOKING facility with heating and air conditioning. Home-style Breakfast and lunch will be cooked and served by the fairgrounds hospitality volunteers. Local Hotel Info: The following hotels are pet friendly in the Mansfield area: Airports: Port Columbus International Airport (CMH) about 70 miles; 1 1/2 hours and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) about 75 miles; 1 hour, 15 minutes. Transportation Exhibitors will be responsible for their own means of transportation. Vetting: The show will be non-vetted. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Benching: A single cage size is 22"x22"x22" and is included with your entry fees. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Every effort will be made to honor your benching requests to the best of our talents; but at least one request per exhibitor is guaranteed. A clerk near their rings is not counted as a request. Space provided, handicap requests will be benched at no charge to the exhibitor. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Show management will take reasonable care of cats and carriers, but will not be responsible for loss or damage.
