GENERAL: This is a CFA licensed show and all show rules will be strictly enforced. Copies of these rules, can be obtained at no cost on line at www.cfainc.org or send $7.00 to CFA, 1805 Atlantic Avenue, Manasquan, NJ 08736. SCORING: All Championship, Premiership and Registered Kittens (whose registration number appears in the master Clerk's catalog) will be scored for National/Regional Awards. Rosettes will be awarded and permanent flats will be used in accordance with CFA rules. BENCHING: Only one benching request. If an agent is designated, no other benching request will be honored. No cats permitted to leave the show hall before the posted show hours with out permission of show management. No refund for failure to bench. ENTRY INFO: All entries must be typed or printed on an official CFA entry blank or an entry sent online. The use of the online entry form is interpreted as an official entry in this CFA show, and your email address on the online entry form is considered to be your signature per CFA show rule 4.05. If faxing or using the online entry please confirm receipt with the Entry Clerk. Make checks payable to Miami Florida Cat Fanciers. All fees must accompany mailed entries, no post-dated checks will be accepted. Entry Clerk will call collect if clarifications are required. If entries are fax or entered online, send all fees prior to the show and within 10 days of entry, per show rule 11.08a. HOUSEHOLD PETS: Entries will be judged in 7 Allbreed rings. Entries over 4 months of age must be neutered/spayed and NOT declawed. If this is your first show or you have questions please contact our Entry Clerk who will be happy to assist you. Highest scoring male and female Household Pet will be crowned Mardi Paw King and Queen. CATS & KITTENS FOR SALE: “Kitten For Sale” cages will be available only if you have an entry in the show. All cats/kittens for sale or lease must be benched in the benching area, be eligible or CFA registration and have a valid Florida Health Certificate as required by Florida Law. Please keep in mind the show rule, which limits two kittens or one cat per single cage. No kitten under 4 months of age permitted in the show hall. Litter will be supplied. Bring your own litter pans, dishes and cat food. Novice exhibitors should bring cage curtains and grooming supplies. Please bring you cat in a suitable carrier. LIABILITY: Miami Florida Cat Fanciers, Inc. will take reasonable care to safeguard entries and the property of exhibitors. Neither the clubs, it's members nor the Lakeland Civic Center will be liable for any loss or damage. Cats CANNOT be left in the show hall overnight. HEALTH: Non-Vetted Show: All cats/kittens (including Household Pets) must be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites and other diseases; should be inoculated against feline panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies; should be tested negative for FeLV; must have both front and back nails clipped prior to benching.
