All entries must be submitted on the official CFA entry blank, accompanied by the proper fees. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO LTCF FOR SATURDAY'S SHOW AND TO NOVA FOR SUNDAY'S SHOW. All checks must be drawn on US banks or paid in US funds. If paying the day of the show, cash is required at the door. If you must pay by check at the door an additional $5 will be charged. A fee of $50 will be charged for any checks returned by the bank for any reason. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to confirm fax/online entry was received. Club is not responsible for faxed/online entries not received due to communication errors. Use of ANY size security cage with odd numbered entries requires the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage space. * No fee for handicapped exhibitors. All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Free shuttle from Lehigh Valley Airport to hotel. Show Hours: You must check in for each show. The show hall will be open at 7:15 am. All cats must be benched by 8:30 am or they will be marked absent. Judging will begin promptly at 9 am both days. All entries must remain in the show hall until 4 pm unless permission is received from the show manager. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Single cages are approximately 22”x22”x22”. Litter will be available. Please bring your own litter pan, water bowl and cat food. People food will be available. Cats may not be left in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care in the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury. No watchman will be provided during the hours the show is not open. Our show is held under the auspices of the Cat Fanciers’ Association. CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. The club has the right to add judges not named in the show announcement to judge non-championship and non-premiership classes.
