Show Hall: Montgomery County Fairgrounds 1043 S. Main St. Dayton, OH 45409
Entries: Closing date is February 10, 2010 or when a limit of 225 entries has been reached. All fees must be payable in US funds. Please make checks payable to: Kittyhawk Felines, Inc. No post-dated checks will be accepted. A $50 fee will be assessed on all outstanding/unpaid fees or returned checks when the CFA collection process is used. Please type or print entries legibly using only the official CFA entry forms. Collect calls will be made in the event an entry is illegible or incomplete. Hotel information and directions will be sent with your confirmation. Fax entries will be accepted and must be paid within 10 days or prior to the start of the show, whichever occurs first. All entries must be paid regardless of whether the cat is actually present at the show.
CFA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. Current show rules ($5.00) and show standards ($7.00) may be downloaded free from the CFA web site or purchased from: CFA, 1805 Atlantic Ave., PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736–0805. Registration numbers of cats must be printed in the catalog. Registration numbers of kittens must be printed or written in ink in the catalog to be scored. Kittens without registration numbers may be shown but will not be scored. The club reserves the right to add judges not named in this flyer to judge non-championship and non–premiership entries. All championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards.
Show Hours: You must check in with the entry clerk between 7:30 A.M. and 8:30 A.M. The advertised show hours are 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Saturday only. Entries, with the exception of kittens must remain in the show hall until the advertised closing time, unless permission to leave is obtained from the show manager.
Vetting and Benching: This is a non–vetted show. All cats and kittens should be inoculated against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis and calici viruses, and tested for FeLV. Exhibits must be free of fungus, fleas and ear mites. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. Kittens under 4 months of age will NOT be permitted in the show hall. Only one benching request per exhibitor will be honored.
Supplies: Litter will be provided, please bring your own litter pans. Awards and Premiums: Ribbons and rosettes will be provided in accordance with show rules. Designated flats will be used for first, second, third; best and second best of color; and best and second best of breed. Cloth ribbons will be available from the master clerk. Contributions to our awards fund will be appreciated.
Catalog Advertising: We welcome your camera-ready advertising. Catalog size is 8˝" x 11". Advertising copy should be sent to the entry clerk and must be received no later than the closing date of February 10, 2010. Prices for advertising are: Full Page $50.00 Half Page $30.00 Quarter Page $20.00 Business Card $5.00
Miscellaneous: Novice exhibitors should bring their own cage drapes, cat food, and grooming aids. Cage size is 22" x 22" x 22". Show management will take reasonable care of cats and carriers, but will not be responsible for losses or damage to personal property. The show hall is heated. This is a NON–SMOKING facility. If you are a smoker, please indicate this in your benching instructions to insure that you are benched near the front exit. Sales and double cages are available with entry only.

Food: Breakfast and lunch for exhibitors and spectators will be available inside the show hall. The Fairgrounds does not allow people food or beverages to be brought into the show hall.
