Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. $50 Late Payment FeeIt is the exhibitors responsibility to confirm receipt of online/faxed entries with the Entry Clerk. The club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Make checks payable to Just Cat-In Around Cat Fanciers, all funds must be in US funds. ALL fees paid at the door must be in CASH. No credit cards. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. Club member rates for working members whose entries are received no later than April 16, 2018. Check In & Show Hours: 7:30-8:30 am Saturday, any cat not benched by 8:30 will be marked absent. Please report any transfers or absentees at check-in. Judging will begin at 9 am. All adult entries must remain in the show hall during advertised hours of 9 am 5 pm (or until completion of judging). Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Airport Info: Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) is about 7 miles/15 minutes from the show hall. Benching: Single cage measures approximately 22 x 22 x 22 and is included with your entry. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels for the top, sides and bottom of your benching cage. Litter will be provided. Please bring your own food bowls, water bowls, and food and litter pans. Household Pets: All entries must be at least 4 months old; all entries 8 months or older must be neutered or spayed. Entries may not be declawed. Additional Info: Please advise the entry clerk if this is your first show. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. No kittens under 4 months are permitted in the show hall or on the show grounds. No cats or kittens may be left in the show hall overnight. Only benched cats and kittens are permitted in the show hall, none may be confined in carriers. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. The exhibitor of any entry showing evidence of fungus, fleas, ear mites or any contagious disease will be asked to remove that entry as well as their other entries from the show hall.
