Show Hall: The Exhibition Hall at the Maryland State Fairgrounds 2200 York Rd. Timonium MD. Use the North Gate Entrance on York Road The show hall is 30,000 square feet, is handicapped accessible and is AIR CONDITIONED!
Entry Info: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online/fax entries; the Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Online/fax entries MUST be PAID within 10 DAYS of entry per CFA show rules. PayPal is accepted until closing date only, send PayPal to meloncali@comcast.net. Make checks payable to Hidden Peak Cat Club. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. No refunds made once your entry is received. Only one agent or bench request per exhibitor. Phone entries and post dated checks are prohibited. Entries must be submitted on an official CFA entry form and all entries forms must be signed. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Show rules will be strictly enforced. Show rules are available for $7 from CFA: 260 E. Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. All entries should be inoculated against Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis and the Calici Viruses, and we recommend that they be tested for FeLV prior to entering the show hall. All cats must be free of mites, fleas, fungus and any contagious illnesses. All claws (front and back) must be clipped prior to benching and no declawed cats will be accepted. All Household Pets over the age of 8 (eight) months must be neutered or spayed.
Feline Agility Competition: If the cat is not entered in the show $35 entry fee includes an extra ½ cage space. For more info go to CFA’s Feline Agility Competition web page.
Benching: The show hall opens at 8am on Saturday. All cats must be benched by 9:30 am or they will be marked absent. Show starts promptly at 10am Saturday; 9am Sunday; all entries must remain in the show hall until 5pm on Sat. and 4pm Sunday. Bring your own litter pans. Club will provide litter. Individual cage size is 22" X 22" X 22”.
