All fees must accompany entries and be paid within 10 days. Entries submitted in the final 10 days before the show date must pay at check-in, preferably in cash. Faxed and email entries are accepted but it is recommended that you call to confirm legible fax or email. The club will not be responsible for faxed or email entries not received due to communication errors. Exhibitors with security cages must purchase double cage spaces. All Championship, Premiership and Registered Kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. This is a CFA licensed show and all CFA show rules will be enforced. For a copy of the show rules, send $5.00 to CFA, PO Box 1004, Manasquan, NJ 08736. The club reserves the right to add judges not named in the flyer. Single cage size is 22”x22”x26.”Litter will be provided: bring your own litter pans, cat food and dishes. Claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. It is strongly advised that all cats and kittens, present in the show hall, be inoculated against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis, calici virus and rabies (proof of rabies vaccination is mandatory in NYS). It is further recommended that cats and kittens be found negative for FeLV before entry. All entries must be free of fleas, fungus and infectious diseases. No declawed cats will be permitted to enter. No kittens under the age of 4 months will be allowed in the show hall. Show hall is heated and/or air conditioned. There is no smoking in the show hall. Handicapped benching requests will be honored whenever possible at no additional charge to the exhibitor. Please waive signature on any priority post/counter deliveries. The club will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Many area hotels will take pets and a list will be sent with confirmation. COLLECT CALLS will be made in the event of error, omission or illegible entries/faxes. Show Hall: NEW LOCATION Show Hall: Brighton Sports Zone 3195 Brighton Henrietta Town Line Road Rochester, NY 14623 585-427-8701. The show hall is handicapped accessible and will be air conditioned or heated, as necessary. People food will be available. 590 to Winton Rd exit. Go south on Winton approx. 1/2 miles to Brighton/Henrietta TLR. Make a right, and 1/4 mile down on the left hand side will be Brighton Sports Zone. Show Hotel: There is not an official show hotel.
