HCM CLINIC: Dr. Boddy will conduct a HCM clinic at Pinnacle Sports on Saturday 4/29, beginning at 9:30. She requires that 20 cats be scheduled. Contact John Rzyczycki johnsusan4652@att.net to preregister for the clinic. ENTRIES: Make separate checks payable to Great Lakes Great Maines (Saturday) and Great Lakes Region (Sunday). Entries must be submitted on an official CFA entry form or online. No fax entries. Payment MUST accompany entries. Per show rule 6.21 fees for online entries must be paid within 10 days or at check-in, whichever comes first. It’s the exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm all online entries with the Entry Clerk; the club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Late Fees: ANY payment not made within 30 days past the show date will incur a $50 Late Fee in addition any other applicable fees (e.g. bounced checks, etc.). If either club has to send certified mail to make collections an additional $25 fee will be levied to all the above charges to cover certified postage. All entries include CFA surcharge SHOW HALL: Pinnacle Sports 313 Medina Rd. Medina, OH 44256. Excellent people food will be available. The show hall is heated and handicapped accessible. Parking is free. The show hall WILL NOT be open before check-in, please do not arrive early. CHECK IN: Saturday 7:30-8:30 am; Sunday 8-8:30 am. Judging will start at 9 am both days. SHOW HOURS: 9 am-5 pm both days. BENCHING: Cats not benched by 8:30 am will be marked absent and must check in with the clerk in each ring. All cats must be present until the completion of judging unless permission to leave is granted by the Show Manager. Single cages are 22" x 22" x 22". Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels for the top, sides and bottom of your benching cage. Litter will be provided. Please bring your own food bowls, water bowls, and food and litter pans. AWARDS/SCORING: This is a CFA licensed show. Rosettes and ribbons will be awarded in accordance with CFA Show Rules. All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. HEALTH & SALES: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching.
