Entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form. Entry clerk will call COLLECT if any questions arise concerning your entry. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to confirm receipt of online entries with the entry clerk, neither the club nor the Entry Clerk will be responsible for misdirected entries or those lost due to communication errors. Please be sure to check entry confirmation and notify the Entry Clerk of any errors prior to closing date. All entry fees are due within 10 days of sending entry. Make checks payable to Greater Lancaster Feline Fanciers. Payment at the door will be cash ONLY. A $50.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. Fees MUST accompany the entry form. Paid entries will be entered before Online/Fax entries. No refunds for failure to bench. Hours: Check-In on Saturday 7:30 - 8:30am. Judging will begin at 9:00am. Advertised show hours for exhibitors are 9:00am - 5:00pm. Show Hall: York Expo Center 334 Carlisle Avenue, York, PA 17404. The Show Hall is both heated and air-conditioned. This is a Non-Smoking facility. Parking is free for exhibitors and spectators. The emergency number is 911. WE HAVE PEOPLE FOOD! Show Hotel: No official show hotel. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food, and water/food dishes. Health: This is a non-vetted show. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to have cats and kittens inoculated for FeLV/FIV. Cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be told to leave the show hall. General: CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. Copy of rules may be obtained for $7 from CFA, 260 E. Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All Championship, Premiership, and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. Registration number of cats must be printed in the catalog; registration numbers for kittens can be submitted at the show to the master clerk. Benching: All benching will be by exhibitor and no changes in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22"W x 22"H x 22"D. Benching request made at the time of entry will be honored whenever possible. Greater Lancaster Feline Fanciers reserves the right to substitute judges in case of illness or emergency.
