SHOW HALL: Sweden-Clarkson Community Center 4927 Lake Road South, Brockport, NY 14420. Show hall is heated and air conditioned.
CLOSING DATE: Tuesday, February 28, 2012 or when 225 limit is reached.
HOURS: Check in Sunday 7:30am to 8:30am, Show hours 9am to 5pm
ENTRIES: Make checks payable to: Genesee Cat Fanciers (U.S. Funds only). All fees must accompany entries and paid within 10 days. Entries submitted in the final 10 days before the show date must pay at check-in and must pay in cash. Remember extra postage & mailing time to Canada. Faxed entries are accepted, but it is recommended that you call to confirm legible receipt of fax. The club will not be responsible for faxed entries not received due to communication errors. Exhibitors with security cages must purchase double cage spaces. NO CAGES ON MARKED GROOMING SPACES! All Championship, Premiership, and Registered Kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. This is a CFA licensed show and all CFA show rules will be enforced. The club reserves the right to add judges not named in the flyer. Cage size is 22”x22”x26”. Litter will be available; bring your own litter pans, cat food, and dishes. Claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. It is strongly advised that all cats and kittens present in the show hall be inoculated against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis, calici virus, and rabies (proof of rabies vaccination is mandatory in NYS). It is further recommended that cats and kittens be found negative for FelV before entry. All entries must be free of fleas, fungus, and infectious diseases. Declawed cats are not permitted in the show hall. No kittens under the age of 4 months will be permitted in the show hall. The club will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Many area hotels will take pets and a list will be sent with confirmation.
