Breed Summary Costume Contest: Bring costumes for your kitty and join the fun with our annual costume contest. Anything goes so get your creative juices flowing and let your kitty style it with an original. If your kitty has any other choice outfits, that will be great as well. We just want to have fun and enjoy our judged by Kathy Black time together. Entries: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries. The Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Per show rule 6.21 all entries must be accompanied by proper entry fees. Entries sent online or faxed must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Frontier Feline Fanciers. Returned Check Fee is $50. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. No refunds made once your entry is received or for failure to bench. Show Rules: This is a CFA licensed show and all show rules will be strictly enforced. All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. This is a non-vetted show. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats (including HHPs) are not eligible for competition. No cats under the age of 4 months will be permitted in the show hall. Liability: Frontier Feline Fanciers will take reasonable care to safeguard the property of exhibitors. Neither the club, its member or Johnson County 4-H Building will be liable for any loss or damage. Show Hall: Our show hall is heated and handicap accessible; but is NOT air-conditioned. Smoking is allowed outside only. Supplies: Litter will be provided; please bring your own litter pans. A single cage is provided with each entry; single cage size is is 21"X21"X21"; full cage size is 21"x21"x45". Please cage curtains or bring material to cover the sides, back, floor and top of your cage. New Exhibitors: Please go to www.cfanewbee.org for information on showing in CFA.
