ENTRIES: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries. The Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. All monies must be in US funds and received within 10 days, per show rules. Make checks payable to Freestate Feline Fanciers. Payments made with PayPal will be accepted until closing date only. Make payments to meloncali@comcast.net and note which show the fees are for. A fee of $50 will be charged for late payments. A fee of $50 will be charged for bounced checks. All entries must be typed or printed legibly, signed and submitted on an official CFA entry form via Online, Fax or US Mail. No refunds for failure to bench. Cash only at check-in.
CHECK IN & SHOW HOURS: Check in: 8-9:30 am Saturday. Cats must be benched by 9:30 am or they will be marked absent and exhibitor must notify each ring. Judging begins at 10 am on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. Advertised hours: 10 am – 4 pm Saturday; 9 am – 3 pm Sunday.
NEW SHOW HALL: Freestate Sports Arena, 5811 Allender Rd, White Marsh, MD 21162. Ph: 410-335-6400. The show hall is handicap accessible. The facility has no a/c but is kept cool by multiple ceiling and large exhaust fans. Free parking. People food will be available. Litter will be available, please bring your own litter pan.

AIRPORT: Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) is about 26 miles/35 minutes from the show hall.
GENERAL: Cats will not be permitted in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care on the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury. CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. Current rules may be obtained for $7 from CFA, 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All championship, premiership and registered kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. Registration number of cats must be printed in the catalog; registration numbers for kittens can be submitted at the show to the master clerk. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of any errors.
SUPPLIES: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food and food & water dishes.
HEALTH: This is a non-vetted show; however, all cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites, parasites of any kind and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be told to leave the show hall. It is strongly recommended that all cats are vaccinated against: Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and tested negative for FeLV before entry. The State of MD requires that all cats be vaccinated for rabies. Show hall management may ask for a copy of your rabies certificate.
BENCHING: No change in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22”W x 22”H X 22”D. Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored whenever possible.
