The Entry Clerk or Club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. No faxed entries will be accepted. Per show rule 11.08 a.; all entries must be accompanied by proper entry fees. Entries sent online must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Empire Cat Club. No refunds made once your entry is received. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. *No EOR fee for handicapped exhibitors. Use of a security cage of ANY size will require purchase of space equal to two single cages. SHOW HALL: The Lebanon Valley Expo Center 80 Rocherty Rd. Lebanon, PA 17042. The show hall is heated/air conditioned and handicapped accessible. HOURS: Check-in Saturday 7:30-8:30 am. Judging will begin at 9:00 am. The show hall WILL NOT be open before check-in time, please do not arrive early. Advertised hours are 9 am-4 pm. LOCAL HOTELS: Days Inn Lebanon Valley 625 Quentin Rd. Lebanon, PA 17042 Phone: 717-273-6771. This hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the show hall. SUPPLIES & CAGES: Litter will be provided. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels to cover top, sides and back of cages. Food bowls, water bowls and litter pans will not be furnished. Single cage size is approximately 22”x22”x22”. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION: Litter will be provided but no litter pans -- we remind exhibitors to bring their own. All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. No declawed entries are permitted. Cats or Kittens should be clean and free of fungus, fleas, ear mites and any contagious or infectious illness. No kitten under the age of 4 months shall be permitted in the show hall. All cats or kittens for sale must have entry in show and must be transported in an enclosed, secured carrier. No exhibitor may leave cats or kittens in the show hall overnight. By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and show committee and to adhere to CFA show rules.
