Entry Fees include CFA & Regional surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Empire Cat Club. Returned check fee is $50 + bank fees. Late Fees: ANY payment not made within 30 days past the show date will incur a $50 Late Fee in addition to any other applicable fees (e.g. bounced checks, etc.). If the club has to send certified mail to make collections an additional $25 fee will be levied to all the above charges to cover certified postage. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. Grooming spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Show Hall: Landis Marketplace 631 E Landis Ave. Vineland, NJ 08360 Ph: 856-794-8653. The show hall is handicap accessible. Ducted central heating and ventilation will be used. Plenty of FREE parking for exhibitors and spectators. Please note: We will NOT be using the Landis Avenue entrance to the show hall. Instead, from Landis Avenue, turn onto 6th Street (one way, to the South) and almost immediately turn left into the Public Parking lot. The hall entrance is at the far end of the lot. Watch for show signs. Check In & Show Hours: Check in is Saturday: 8 - 9 am and judging will begin at 9:30 am. Advertised hours are 10 am - 4 pm or end of finals. Household Pets: All entries must be at least 4 months old; all entries 8 months or older must be neutered or spayed. Entries may not be declawed. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with a Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number. Show Rules: The show will be conducted in accordance with current CFA show rules. No litter pans provided, only litter. Bring your own cat water, food and food dishes. Cages must be covered top, sides and bottoms. Cats may not remain in hall after show hours. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. NJ requires all felines be inoculated against rabies and a certificate be in show hall with each feline.
