The use of the online entry form is interpreted as an official entry in this CFA show, and your email address on the form is considered to be your signature per CFA Show Rule 4.05. If you are faxing or using the online entry form, please confirm receipt. No phone entries accepted. Each entry except faxes or online entries must be accompanied by the full entry fee. A $5 Pay-at-the-door Fee will be charged to ANYONE paying at the door, for ANY reason. Exhibitors using a single security cage must purchase double cage space. Per Show Rule 11.08a all fax or online entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. SHOW HOURS: Check in 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., with judging beginning at 9:00 a.m. Advertised hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All entries must remain in the show hall until the advertised closing time unless permission is received from the show manager. NEW SHOW HALL: National Guard Armory, 401 S Alabama Ave. Deland, FL 32724 Phone 386- 734-9515. The show hall is air-conditioned and handicap accessible. No smoking will be allowed in the show hall. No cats or kittens may be left in the show hall overnight. Domesti-Katz will take reasonable care to safeguard entries and property of exhibitors. However, neither the Club nor the Deland Armory will be liable for any loss or damage. SHOW HOTEL: There is no designated show hotel; however there are La Quinta Inns and Holiday Inns in the area. LOCAL AIRPORTS: Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Daytona Beach International Airport (DBA) BENCHING: All benching will be by exhibitor and no changes in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. No refunds for failure to bench. Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored whenever possible. Remember that this is a request, not a requirement. SUPPLIES: Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food and water/food dishes. HEALTH: This is a non-vetted show. Domesti-Katz strongly recommends testing for FeLV/FIV. Cats must be free of fungus, fleas, ear/body mites and contagious diseases. Exhibitors in violation will be required to leave the show hall. GENERAL: CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the rules may be obtained for $5 from CFA, Manasquan, NJ 08736. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All championship, premiership and registered kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional Awards. Registration number of cats must be printed in the catalog; registration numbers for kittens can be submitted at the show to the master clerk. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify entry clerk of any errors when the confirmation is received.
