NEW SHOW HALL: New Jersey Motorsports Park 47 Warbird Dr. Millville, NJ 08332. For GPS directions use: 8000 Dividing Creek Rd. Millville, NJ 08332. The show hall heated and is handicapped accessible. Breakfast & lunch will be provided by Chefs Robert Hallead and Lynn Jordan.
ENTRY FEES: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to check the confirmation and notify entry clerk of any changes/errors prior to the show. Make checks payable to Delaware River Cats Club, Inc. (NO PAYPAL). Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. ANY fee being paid at the door must be in cash – US$. Canadians exhibitors may pay US$ cash at door regardless of when the entry was received. You must pay $75 penalty for a returned check (or if payment in full is not received by 4/15/17 if you did not pay in full by opening day for any reason). NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds once your entry has been received or for failure to bench. *EOR is free for medically handicapped exhibitors; you MUST let the Entry Clerk know if you are on CRUTCHES, in a WHEELCHAIR, etc.
SHOW HOURS: Check in: Saturday 7:30 – 8:15 AM. Judging will start at 9 AM. Show closes at 4 PM or at the completion of all judging. All entries must remain in Show Hall until closing time unless kitten or HHP or permission from Show Manager.
BENCHING: Only one benching request, either agent or person; we cannot bench by breed. If you name an AGENT, that is your one request. If more than one person names person X as agent, we are not responsible for who is benched next to whom. No change to your benching without the show manager's permission. 1/2 cage size is approximately 22” x 22” x 22”, full cage is 22” x 44” x 22”. Extra 1/2 cages may be limited; maximum 1 dbl per cat entered. If using a single- or double-size Sturdi Cage or other personal cage/shelter, you must pay for the extra space required UNLESS you and another person share those two spaces on the same benching cage bottom.
HEALTH: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Any cat showing signs of fleas, fungus, ear mites, or kittens for sale without blue slip proof of age WILL be removed from Show Hall as per Show Rules. NJ law requires RABIES certificate for all cats.
MISC: No litter pans provided, only litter. Bring your own your own cat food and water and food dishes. Cages must be covered top, sides and bottoms. Cats may not remain in Hall after show hours. Management not liable for loss, damage or injury to any cat or person at show, or for articles left behind. CFA Show Rules will be enforced; copies available at CFA
LOCAL AIRPORT: Philadelphia International (PHL) ia about 25 minutes from the show hall. No transport by club will be available.
HOTEL INFO: In Cherry Hill there's a Holiday Inn. In Mount Laurel (one town over), a Red Roof Inn, an Aloft, and a La Quinta.
