It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to confirm that the entry clerk has received your entry. Single entries with ANY size security cage must purchase an extra 1/2 cage space. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Show Hall: McAffee Sports Center 1312 Research Park Dr. Beavercreek, OH 45432 Ph: 937-478-4947. The show hall is handicapped accessible, heated and air-conditioned. Show Hours: Check-in 7:30 - 8:30 am. Judging will begin at 9 am on Saturday. Cats not checked-in by 8:30 am will be marked absent. The advertised show hours are 10 am - 5 pm Saturday. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. This is a non-vetted show. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Single cages are approx. 22 x 22 x 22. Household Pets: Household Pets must be 4 months old to be entered and if over the age of 8 months must be neutered or spayed. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Household Pets will be scored in all 6 rings, and rosettes will be awarded for the top 10 in each ring. Novice Exhibitors: Let us know if you are new to showing and we can assist you. Please bring cage curtains, grooming aids, your own litter pans and cat food. Litter will be provided. People food will be available. All cats must be brought to the show hall in secure carrier.
