NO FOOD OR DRINKS PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT INTO SHOW HALL. Show Hours: Check-in 8-9:30 am Judging will begin at 10 am on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. Cats not checked-in by 9:30 am will be marked absent. Advertised show hours: Saturday 10 am - 5 pm and Sunday 9 am - 4 pm. Scorong:All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. This is a non-vetted show. Claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. All entries must be free of fleas, fungus, mites and infectious diseases. It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. Any entry suspected of having a parasite, skin disease or other illness will be removed from the show hall until cleared by a veterinarian, whose decision is final. No declawed cats are permitted. No kittens under 4 months of age will be allowed in the show hall. Single cages are approx. 22 x 22 x 22. Household Pets: Household Pets must be 4 months old to be entered and if over the age of 8 months must be neutered or spayed. Household Pets will be scored in all 8 rings, and rosettes and trophies will be awarded for the top 10 in each ring. Novice Exhibitors: Let us know if you are new to showing and we can assist you. Please bring cage curtains, grooming aids, your own litter pans and cat food. Litter will be provided. People food will be available. All cats must be brought to the show hall in secure carrier.
