Entry Info: Per show rule 11.08 a. entries must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee; such entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm receipt of online/faxed entries with the Entry Clerk. The club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Make checks payable for Saturday show to Damn Yankees and Sunday show to Cats Incredible. PayPal accepted, make payments to meloncali@comcast.net and reference the show in the message field. PayPal payments MUST be made PRIOR to Closing Date. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to check receipt of FAX/ONLINE entries by email and check entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of any errors prior to the shows closing.
Show Hall/Hotel: The Holiday Inn 242 Adams Place – Boxborough, MA 01719 Ph: 978-263-8701. The show hall is both heated and air-conditioned. FREE PARKING. This is a non-smoking facility. Cats will not be permitted in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care on the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury. Room Rate ONLY until 8/22/13 is $91. Please Note: This Holiday Inn does have a onetime cleaning fee for an animal of $25.
Show Hours: Check In: 7:30-8:30 am both days, cats must be benched by 8:30 or will be marked absent. Judging will begin promptly at 9 am both days Advertised show hours: 9 am – 5 pm Saturday and 9 am - 4 pm on Sunday.
General Info: CFA show rules will be strictly enforced. Current rules may be obtained for $7 from CFA, 206 E. Main St., Alliance, OH 44601. www.cfainc.org All cats/kittens must have all claws clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Clay litter will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, cat food and food & water dishes.
Benching: No change in assignment will be allowed without permission of the Show Manager. Cages are 22"W x 22"H X 22D. Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored wherever possible. Odd numbered entries with ANY size security cage must purchase an extra ½ cage space.
Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All cats must be free of fleas, ear mites, or any contagious or infectious illness.
