ENTRIES: All mailed entries must be submitted on an official CFA entry form. Per CFA show rules fees for entries submitted electronically (online or fax) must be made WITHIN TEN DAYS of entry or at check-in, whichever comes first. Make checks payable to Cotton States Cat Club. It is the exhibitors' responsibility to verify that the entries were received. Email entry clerk to confirm receipt of online/faxed entries, the entry clerk or club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Entry Clerk will call collect to obtain additional information on any illegible entries.
SHOW HOURS: Check In will be Saturday 8:00-9:30 a.m. Judging will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and 9:00 on Sunday. Official advertised show hours are Saturday 10:00-5:00, Sunday 9:00-5:00.
SHOW HALL: The Gwinnett Center 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway Duluth, GA 30097 Phone 770-813-7500.is 45 minutes north of the Atlanta airport at Exit #108 off I-85, you will see their marquee from the Interstate. The facility is air-conditioned and has ample free parking. Handicap access allows for rolling your carriers right into the show hall. Proof of the Pudding offers great lunches and snacks. This is a NO SMOKING facility.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE: If you are flying in, a rental car is your best choice; however AAA Air Express offers a shuttle to the hotel. The cost is $35 one- way. Simply go to Ground Transportation, Stall C7 (outside baggage claim) or you can make advance reservations by calling 800-354-7874. Shuttles run every hour, between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. The drive from the airport to the hotel is approximately 1 hour.

Exhibitors are urged to have all cats/kittens inoculated against Feline Enteritis, Rhinotrachetis, Calici Virus and tested for FELV. All claws (back and front) must be clipped. Kittens under four months of age are not permitted in the Show Hall. Declawed cats are ineligible. There will be NO veterinary inspection prior to benching. All cats are expected to be free from fleas, fungus, ear mites, and any contagious diseases. Cage size approx. 22x22x22.
CFA RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Copies of the current Show Rules may be obtained by sending $5.00 to the CFA Central Office (1805 Atlantic Ave. Manasquan, NJ 08736-1005). All Championship, Premiership and Registered Kittens will be scored for CFA National and Regional Points. Kitten registration numbers must be printed or written in ink in the Master Catalog in order to be scored. Rosettes will be offered in all rings for final Awards. Flats will be offered for all other awards in accordance with CFA Show Rules.
