Entry Info: Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Check your confirmation for accuracy! Please contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE CLOSING DATE. Make check payable to Colonial Annapolis Cat Fanciers. Returned Check Fee is $50. CASH ONLY at check in.
Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Show rule 2.19E The MISCELLANEOUS (Non-Competitive) CLASS is for any registered cat or registered kitten of a breed not accepted for Provisional Breed competition. Miscellaneous Class entries are examined by judges; however, no awards will be made in this class. All Bengal championship, premiership and kitten entries can enter under a TRN, but all Bengals in the show hall must be registerable, (5 generation pedigree with no wild blood).
Benching: ** Grooming space, sales cages & end of row benching is extremely limited. HC EOR requires no fee and will be honored as these spaces are available. If you have a special need for actual EOR (wheelchair, scooter, etc.) as opposed to "close in" benching, please let the entry clerk know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Sales cage are only available WITH a paid entry. Single cages are approximately 22x22x22. Single entries with ANY size security cage must pay for extra 1/2 cage. Litter is provided, bring litter boxes.
Show Hall: Tall Cedars of Lebanon Hall; (Corner of Old Harford Road) Parkville, MD 21234 410-668-4545. The hall is located off the Perring Parkway, Exit 30 of the Baltimore Beltway. The show hall is a NON-SMOKING facility and is heated and air-conditioned.
Check In & Show Hours: Check-in: 8 – 9:30 am on Saturday; report any transfers or absentees at check-in. Cats not benched by 9:30 will be marked absent; exhibitors must inform the ring clerk in each ring that the cat is present. The show hall will not be open until 8 am on Sunday morning. Show Hours: Judging will begin at 10 am Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. Advertised Show Hours are 10 am to 4 pm Saturday and 9 am to 3 pm Sunday.

Household Pets: Household Pets must be over 4 months old; HHPs over the age of 8 (eight) months must be neutered or spayed. HHPs may not be declawed.
Health: All entries should be inoculated against Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis and the Calici Viruses, and we recommend that they be tested for FeLV prior to entering the show hall. All cats must be free of mites, fleas, fungus and any contagious illnesses. All claws (front and back) must be clipped prior to benching.
