Entry Info: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to contact the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries; neither the Entry Clerk or Club will be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Per show rule 11.08 a.; all entries must be accompanied by proper entry fees. Online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Make checks payable to Colonial Annapolis Cat Fanciers. Returned Check Fee is $50. CASH ONLY at check in. No substitutions accepted after the closing date. No refunds made once your entry is received. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Benching: ** Grooming space, sales cages & end of row benching is extremely limited. HC EOR requires no fee and will be honored as these spaces are available. If you have a special need for actual EOR (wheelchair, scooter, etc.) as opposed to 'close in' benching, please let the entry clerk know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Sales cage are only available WITH a paid entry. Single cages are approximately 22x22x22. Single entries with ANY size security cage must pay for extra 1/2 cage. Check In & Show Hours: Check-in: 7:30 am on Saturday; cats not benched by 8:30 will be marked absent, report any transfers or absentees at check-in. The show hall will open at 8 am Sunday. Show Hours 9 am-4 pm both days. Advertised closing is 4 pm both days. All cats, except kittens, must remain in the hall until closing. Health: All entries should be inoculated against Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis and the Calici Viruses, and we recommend that they be tested for FeLV prior to entering the show hall. All cats must be free of mites, fleas, fungus and any contagious illnesses. All claws (front and back) must be clipped prior to benching.
