Entry Info: Entries must be submitted on an official CFA entry form or online. All fees and benching requests must accompany entries. Fax/online entries must be followed by payment within 10 days, but no later than check-in, per CFA show rule 11.08a. Make checks payable to Coastal Paws Cat Club; post dated checks are not permitted. PayPal payments will be accepted PRIOR TO CLOSING DATE; contact the entry clerk for payment info. All payments at check-in must be CASH only. Fax/online entries should be confirmed by email; it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm entries have been received and to check entry confirmation and notify entry clerk of any errors. Use of Security cages with an odd number of entries will require the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage. No refunds once your entry has been received or for failure to bench. One benching request per exhibitor will be honored, when possible. If an agent is designated, the agent will be considered your benching request. All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. CFA Show rules will be strictly enforced. A copy of the current show rules may be obtained for $7 from CFA, 260 E. Main St. Alliance, OH 44601.
Show Hall: Show Hall: The show will be held in the Holshouser Building on the NC State Fairgrounds, 1025 Blue
Ridge Rd. Raleigh, NC 27607 PH: 919-821-7400. The building is heated. The show hall is
handicapped accessible. There is no smoking in the show hall.
Benching: Check in is 7:30-8:30 am on Saturday and 8-8:30 am Sunday. Judging will start at 9 am both days. Advertised show hours are 9 am – 3:30 pm both days. No cats, with the exception of kittens, are permitted to leave the show hall before the advertised show hours and no change of benching assignment shall be made without the permission of the show manager.

Supplies & Cages: Litter will be provided. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels to cover top, sides and back of cages. Food bowls, water bowls and litter pans will not be furnished. Single cage size is approximately 22”x22”x22”.
Health & Sales: This is a non-vetted show. All cats and kittens are expected to be free of fleas, fungus, ear mites and all contagious diseases. It is strongly advised that all entries be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against Feline Panleukopenia, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici Viruses, Rabies and strongly recommended that entries be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. Front and rear claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats and kittens are not eligible for entry. No kittens under four months of age will be permitted in the show hall.
Liability: No watchman will be provided during non-show hours. Cats cannot be left in the show hall overnight. Coastal Paws Cat Club will take reasonable care to safeguard the personal property of exhibitors; however, neither the club, its members nor the NC State Fairgrounds will be liable for any loss, damage or injury to exhibitors or to their cats.
Fly-ins: Raleigh - Durham International Airport (RDU) is about 11 miles/15 minutes from the show hall. The Holiday Inn offers a free airport shuttle; call hotel in advance to make shuttle reservations.
