Entry & Payment Info: Entries are accepted now. Entry Fees include CFA & Regional surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Please make checks payable to Cincinnati Cat Club, Inc., all checks must be drawn on US banks and in US funds. No Postdated Checks. Returned check fee is $50 + all bank fees. Amex, Discover, Master Card & Visa accepted by PK Products & Services for the Cincinnati Cat Club, Inc. contact Entry Clerk to make these payments. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Check your confirmation for accuracy and contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. Show Hours: Check-in is between 8 and 8:45 am; cats not checked-in by 8:45 will be marked absent. Judging will begin at 9 am both days; the advertised show hours are 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Kittens without a registration number or TRN will not be included in the count. Show rules are available for $7 from CFA, 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Benching: Single cages are approximately 22" x 22" x 22" and is included with your entry fess. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Please bring cage curtains, grooming aids, your own litter pans and food. Litter will be provided. All cats must be brought to the show hall in some sort of a carrier.
