We thank you for your willingness to join our show. Unfortunately, we have new restrictions from the State of Ohio, and we regret to inform you that we will have to cancel our November 28th show. We will refund all monies collected and communicate with exhibitors, judges, and CFA to be sure everybody is informed of this change. Thank you to all who entered and hoped for a show. Open Breed Summary Show Hall: Butler County Agricultural Society 1715 Fairgrove Ave. Hamilton, OH 45011 PH: 513-892-1423. The show hall is handicapped accessible & heated and air-conditioned (as needed). No food vendor in show hall. We ask people to bring their own food or order from local vendors or use Door Dash (maybe small groups.) Entry & Payment Info: Entries are accepted now. Entry Fees include CFA surcharges. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. All payments must be made prior to show. No cash will be taken at check-in. Please email entry clerk to confirm online entries. Make checks payable to Cincinnati Cat Club. Returned Check Fee is $50 + bank fees. Make PayPal payments before Closing Date to cincinnaticatclub@earthlink.net. Check your confirmation for accuracy! Please contact the entry clerk with any corrections BEFORE CLOSING DATE. No substitutions after the closing date. No refunds after the entry clerk has confirmed your entry or for failure to bench. Benching: Cage SPACE is approx. 22"x22"x22" and is included with your entry. The clubs are NOT setting up cages. We ask people to bring their own tent. Stanchions will be provided for all benching areas. Wire cages can be pre-ordered for $5 each. Litter will be provided, but not litter pans. Please bring your cat in a suitable carrier. The clubs ask you to bring your own chair; chairs will be available to rent for $5. Benching will be assigned spots, socially distanced according to COVID guidelines. Check-in: 8 ? 8:45 am; cats not benched by 8:45 am will be marked absent and exhibitors must check in with the clerk in each ring. Judging will begin at 9 am. All exhibitors will be required to have a temperature check and sign a waiver (CFA COVID-19 Attendee Waiver is linked below) upon entry to show hall. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with a Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for Regional awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number. Household Pets: All entries must be at least 4 months old; all entries 8 months or older must be neutered or spayed. Entries may not be declawed. Show Rules: The show will be conducted in accordance with current CFA show rules. Show rules are available for $5 plus $2 postage from CFA, 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601 or online at https://cfa.org/cfa-manuals/ Cat Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. Novice Exhibitors: Let us know if you are new to showing; we are happy to help you learn about CFA and showing.
