Halloween Theme Costume Contest & Parade
Cats Exclusive is having a Kitty Halloween costume contest.
Dress your cat in their finest and join our Halloween Parade
at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Our judges will pick the scariest, silliest and prettiest costumes.
Prizes will be awarded to the winners. All cats entered in the
show are welcome to participate. Exhibitors are invited to dress

ENTRY INFORMATION: Entry fees include one catalog, free parking (both days), a single cage (22x22x22) per entry and litter; exhibitors must bring their own litter pans. All fees must accompany entries, unless faxed or emailed. Last minute bounced checks must be paid (along with $35 fee) in cash at check-in Saturday morning. All payments at the door must be in cash only. No entry fees will be refunded for failure to bench. Only one benching request will be honored and no negative benching requests. Substitutions are for the same owner only. No phone entries. No substitutions or benching changes after 10/14/14. Make checks payable to Cats Exclusive, Inc.; post dated checks are not permitted. PayPal will be accepted until the closing date; make payments to meloncali@comcast.net Fax/online entries should be confirmed by email; it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm entries have been received and to check entry confirmation and notify entry clerk of any errors. All entry confirmations will be e-mailed unless USPS mailing is requested. Use of a Security cage with a single entry will require the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage.
SHOW HALL: The Omni Auditorium (Broward College) is located at 1000 Coconut Creek Blvd, Coconut Creek, FL 33066. The telephone number at this facility is (954) 201-2233. Smoking is not permitted in the show hall or rest rooms. Those who wish to smoke, must do so in the outside areas adjacent to the front entrance of the show hall.
LOCAL AIRPORT: Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale Intl (FLL) is about 20 miles from the show hall.
BENCHING: Check-in will be 7:30 - 8:30am. Saturday morning, with judging starting at 9:30am Exhibitors arriving after 8:30am must notify the Master Clerk, and each ring clerk of your cat's presence. Judging begins 9:30am. Saturday and 9am. Sunday, unless otherwise announced Saturday afternoon. Show hours are 9am to 5pm on Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday. The show hall will be open to exhibitors and vendors at 8am on Sunday morning.
SHOW HOTEL: The Comfort Suites 1040 E. Newport Center Dr. Deerfield Beach, FL 334422 phone 954-570-8887. Call the hotel directly and ask for the cat show rate $85 per night plus tax. Room block is reserved under CATS EXCLUSIVE, please make your reservations by 10/1/14. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement when you check-in, saying you will be responsible for damage, so take good care of your rooms. The Comfort Suites is located just off I-95 at exit 41. Take 10th Street west for 1 block and turn left onto E. Newport Center Drive. Hotel is on the left side. Please note, the Comfort Suites is a non-smoking hotel.

ADVERTISING: Mail advertising to Dave Boyce, 10555 Wheelhouse Circle, Boca Raton, FL 33428, phone 954-398-1060. Advertising must be camera ready. Deadline for ads October 6, 2014. Full Page; $50, Half Page; $35, Quarter Page; $20, Business Card; $10.
FOOD CONCESSION: There will be a food truck at the Omni Auditorium. The food truck will be located outside, just to the left of the front entrance on the grassy area. Hours are from 9am to 4pmSaturday and Sunday. Food, snacks, coffee and soft drinks will be available.
HANDICAP PARKING: Handicap parking is available at the Omni Auditorium. The first row in the exhibitor parking lot is reserved for handicap parking. You must display your state issued handicap parking permit (from your rear mirror) to park in the designated handicap parking area.
AWARDS: Rosettes will be awarded in all rings for final wins. Permanent ribbon designations will be placed on the judging ring cages for wins of 1st, 2nd & 3rd place and Best & 2nd Best of Color/Breed. Exhibitors may request satin ribbons from the club booth.
GENERAL SHOW INFO: All championship, premiership and kitten entries with registration numbers or temporary registration numbers will be scored for CFA National and Regional points. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. All Championship, Premiership and Kitten entries will be scored for CFA Regional & National Awards. CFA Show Rules and/or Show Standards may be purchased from the club booth during the show, or from CFA 260 East Main St. Alliance, OH 44601 or online at www.cfa.org
Exhibitors are expected to supervise their children at all times.
The show management will take all reasonable care of cats, carriers and exhibitor property; however, neither show management nor club members, show officials, city employees or sponsoring club shall be liable for any loss or damage to such property.
There will be no veterinary inspection prior to benching. It is expected that all exhibitors will have their cat's vaccines up to date. It is also expected that all entire will be free of fleas, and have their claws trimmed. No cats may be left overnight in the show hall.
All donations to the club's Spay/Neuter & Adoption Program will be acknowledged in the catalog.
