SHOW HALL: The War Memorial Auditorium located at 800 NE 8th Street Fort Lauderdale, FL phone 954-828-5280. Smoking is not permitted in the show hall or rest rooms. Those who wish to smoke may step outside to the covered piazza, located in the front of the show hall.
SHOW HOTEL: The Comfort Suites 1040 E. Newport Center Dr. Deerfield Beach, FL 334422 phone 954-570-8887. Ask for the cat show rate $69.95 per night plus tax. Room block is reserved under CATS EXCLUSIVE, please make your reservations by 10/1/09. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement when you check-in, saying you will be responsible for damage, so take good care of your rooms. The Comfort Suites is located just off I-95 at exit 41. Take 10th Street west for 1 block and turn left onto E. Newport Center Drive. Hotel is on the left side. Please note, the Comfort Suites is a non-smoking hotel.
EXHIBITOR PARKING PASSES: A new system to distribute exhibitor parking passes has been established with show hall management. A list of exhibitors/agents will be provided to the show hall management. Parking passes, with your name, will be printed and provided to the parking lot attendant. Just drive up to the parking lot attendant on Saturday morning and give him your name, and he will give you your parking pass in the exhibitor lot for the week end.

ADVERTISING: Mail advertising to Marge Jackson, 900 NW 123rd Drive, Coral Springs, FL phone 954-575-3366. Advertising must be camera ready. Deadline for ads October 5, 2009. Full Page; $50, Half Page; $35, Quarter Page; $20, Business Card; $10. All donations to the club's Spay/Neuter & Adoption Program will be acknowledged in the catalog.
FOOD CONCESSION: There is a food concession at the War Memorial Auditorium. The concession is located on the upper level between the lobby and the main auditorium floor. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Food, snacks, coffee and soft drinks are available.
HANDICAP PARKING: Handicap parking is available upon request. To get a handicap parking pass (back lot), send a copy of your handicap parking permit, with your name and address to Dave Boyce at 10555 Wheelhouse Circle, Boca Raton, FL 33428. A (blue) back lot pass will be mailed to you. Handicap lot is on the south side of WMA.
AWARDS: Rosettes will be awarded in all rings for final wins. Permanent ribbon designations will be placed on the judging ring cages for wins of 1st, 2nd & 3rd place and Best & 2nd Best of Color/Breed. Exhibitors may request satin ribbons from the club booth.
GENERAL SHOW INFO: All kittens must have registration numbers printed or written in ink (in Master Clerk's show catalog) to be eligible for scoring. All Championship and Premiership entries must have registration numbers on entry forms to be accepted. All Championship, Premiership and Kitten entries will be scored for CFA Regional & National Awards.

Exhibitors are expected to supervise their children at all times.
The show management will take all reasonable care of cats, carriers and exhibitor property; however, neither show management nor club members, show officials, city employees or sponsoring club shall be liable for any loss or damage to such property.
There will be no veterinary inspection prior to benching. It is expected that all exhibitors will have their cat's vaccines up to date. It is also expected that all entire will be free of fleas, and have their claws trimmed. No cats may be left overnight in the show hall.

BENCHING: Check-in will be 7:30 - 8:30am Saturday morning, with judging starting at 9:30 a.m. Exhibitors arriving after 8:30 a.m. must notify the Master Clerk, and each ring clerk of your cat's presence. Judging begins 9:30 a.m. Saturday and 9:00 a.m. Sunday, unless otherwise announced Saturday afternoon. Show hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. The show hall will be open to exhibitors and vendors at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.
ENTRY INFORMATION: Entry fees include one catalog, free parking (both days), a single cage (22x22x22) per entry and litter. Exhibitors must bring their own litter pans. All fees must accompany entries, unless faxed or emailed. Last minute bounced checks must be paid (along with $25 fee) in cash at check-in Saturday morning. All payments at the door must be in cash only. No entry fees will be refunded for failure to bench. Only one benching request will be honored and no negative benching requests. Substitutions are for the same owner only. No phone entries. No substitutions or benching changes after 10/13/09. Make checks payable to Cats Exclusive, Inc. Mail checks and completed entry forms to Shirley Peet 415 Shore Dr. Joppa, MD 31085.
