Entry & Payment Info: Make checks payable to Cat Club of the Palm Beaches; returned check fee is $50 plus bank charges. Full payment must accompany all mailed entries. Per Show Rule 6.21 all fax/ online entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. Properly completed entries must be submitted on an official CFA Entry form or facsimile, sent online, or faxed with all information, except signature typed or hand-printed. The use of the online entry form is interpreted as an official entry in this CFA show, and your email address on the form is considered to be your signature per CFA Show Rule 6.20. Email the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online/fax entries. Neither the Entry Clerk nor the club will be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. It is the responsibility of each owner to enter and to verify that all information contained on the confirmation is correct. Incomplete entry forms will be returned. No substitutions may be made after the closing date. No refunds once your entry has been received or for failure to bench. Use of Security cages with a single entry requires the purchase of an extra 1/2 cage space. *End of Row no charge for handicap exhibitors.
Show Hall: Townsend Pavilion @ Volusia Country Fairgrounds 3150 E New York Ave (SR 44) DeLand, FL 32724. The show hall is air-conditioned and handicap accessible and non-smoking. People food will be available. Cats CANNOT be left in the show hall overnight. Cages are approximately 22x22x22 (1/2 cage). Litter will be provided. Bring your own litter pans, dishes and cat food. Please bring cage curtains and grooming supplies and transport your cat in a suitable carrier.
Check in & Show Hours Check in is Saturday 7:30 - 8:30 am; cats not benched by 8:30 will be marked absent and must be checked in with each ring clerk. Judging starts at 9am both days. Advertised hours: 9 am – 4 pm on Saturday and 9 am - 3 pm on Sunday.

Benching: No cats will be permitted to leave the show hall during the posted show hours without the permission of show management. Single cage size: 22” x 22” x 22”. Please bring cage curtains, fabric or towels for the top, sides and bottom of your benching cage. Litter will be provided. Please bring your own food bowls, water bowls, and food and litter pans.
Awards: This is a CFA licensed show. Rosettes and ribbons will be awarded in accordance with CFA Show Rules. Permanent ribbons will be used for color classes. All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number.
Health & Sales: This is a non-vetted show. Cats are expected to be free from fleas, fungus, ear mites and all contagious diseases. All entries must be inoculated against feline distemper, feline rhinotracheitis, calici viruses, rabies and be tested negative for feline leukemia before entry to the show hall. All claws must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats and kittens are not eligible for entry. No kittens under four (4) months of age will be permitted in the show hall. All cats and kittens for sale must have valid Florida Health Certificates as required by Florida Law. The sponsoring club will not be responsible if this law is not followed.
Household Pets: Entries over 8 months of age must be neutered/spayed and may not be declawed. Click Here for more info on showing your HHP.

Liability: The sponsoring club reserve the right to add and/or substitute judges not named in the show flyer should it become necessary. The sponsoring club will take reasonable care of all cats and personal property, but will not be held liable for loss of property, damage, or accidents to cats or exhibitors.
