Entry Info: Per show rule 11.08 a. each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. All online/fax entries must be paid in full within 10 days of receipt or prior to the start of the show, whichever is first. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to confirm receipt of online/faxed entries with the Entry Clerk. The club will not be responsible for entries lost due to communication errors. Make checks payable to Cascade Cat Fanciers, all checks must be in US funds. No refunds for failure to bench. Pay at the Door Fee will be added to the total due if not paid in full prior to check in on Saturday morning. Any fees not paid by the end of show will be assessed a $50 late fee in addition to the $8. Odd numbered entries with ANY size security cage must purchase an extra ½ cage space. Check-in 7:30-8:30 am, any cat not benched by 8:30 will be marked absent and the exhibitor must inform the clerk in each ring. Judging will begin at 9:00 am. Please report any transfers or absentees at check-in. All adult entries must remain in the show hall during advertised hours of 9 am – 4 pm. Show Hotel: Melbourne Airport Hilton 200 Rialto Place, Melbourne, FL 32901, 321-768-0200. Show rate is $99 per night with a $50 refundable pet deposit. Please leave rooms clean and sweet smelling as we want to be invited back. It’s Daytona race week end so make your reservations early. Household Pets: All Household Pets over the age of 8(eight) months must be neutered or spayed and may not be declawed. Benching: All benching will be by exhibitor and no changes will be allowed without permission of a Show Manager. Single cages are 22"x22"x22". Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored whenever possible; this is a request, not a guarantee. Please, no negative requests. Additional Info: All Championship and Premiership entries and all registered Kittens (whose registration numbers are printed or written in ink in the catalog) will be scored for CFA National awards and Regional awards. No declawed entries are permitted and all entry’s front and rear claws must be clipped prior to benching. No kittens under 4 months are permitted in the show hall or on the show grounds. No cats or kittens may be left in the show hall overnight. Only benched cats and kittens are permitted in the show hall, none may be confined in carriers. This is a non-vetted show, and all entries are expected to be inoculated against; Feline Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Calici virus and rabies and to be tested negative for FeLV. The exhibitor of any entry showing evidence of fungus, fleas, ear mites or any contagious disease will be asked to remove that entry as well as their other entries from the show hall. By entering exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and the show committee and to adhere to CFA show rules. CFA show rules may be obtained for $7.00 each from CFA, 260 E. Main St. Alliance, OH 44601. Bring cage curtains (or coverings) to cover the sides, top and bottom of cage.
