EMAIL/FAX ENTRIES ACCEPTED. NOTE: Faxed or other electronic entries are not guaranteed until payment is received. Fax/Email entries MUST be PAID within 10 DAYS of entry or a $5 per entry fee will be assessed at check-in. If the show fills, entries not paid will be placed on a waiting list behind those entries already paid in full. Household Pet Entries: There will be special prizes for the Best HHP in each ring. The highest scoring in show HHP will be scored and awarded a special prize. Benching:The show hall opens at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and all vats must be benched by 8:30 a.m. or they will be marked absent. The show will start promptly at 9:00 a.m. All entries must remain in the show hall until 5:00 p.m. Individual cage size is 22"X22"X22". Show Hall: The Lynfield Event Complex 10142 Hansonville Road Frederick, MD 21702 Phone: 301-898-9890. The show hall is a NON-SMOKING facility and is heated & air-conditioned. Transportation: Exhibitors are responsible for their own transportation. Scoring: All Championship, Premiership and registered Kitten entries will be scored for CFA National and Regional awards. Vetting: The show is non-vetted. All entries should be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, rabies, and tested negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of entries must be clipped prior to benching. Miscellaneous: Show management will take reasonable care of cats and carriers, but will not be responsible for losses and damages. General: CFA rules will be enforced. A copy of the show rules may be obtained for $5.00 from CFA, PO Box 1005, Manasquan, NJ 08736. Registration numbers for cats entered in championship and premiership classes must be printed in the catalog. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to check entry confirmation and notify the entry clerk of errors. Show Hotel: Our NEW show hotel is the Quality Inn (MD233) 999 West Patrick St. Frederick, MD 21701 Phone: 301-662-5141 and well behaved cats are welcome. Show Rate: $84 + tax. Reserve by 10/18/08. Rooms sell out early so make your reservation early. Club will not be held responsible to find additional accommodation due to late reservations.
