Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. Cats may not be left in the show hall overnight. The club will exercise due care in the sponsorship of the show, but will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury. People food is not available at the show hall. Several places are available for delivery. CHECK IN: The show hall will be open for check-in at 9 am, not before! All cats must be benched by 9:45 am or they will be marked absent. JUDGING HOURS: Judging will begin promptly at 10 am on Saturday and Sunday. ADVERTISED SHOW HOURS: 10 am - 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. All entries must remain in the show hall until 4 pm unless permission is received from the show manager. SCORING: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of cats/kittens without registration numbers can contact the entry clerk for a Temporary Registration Number. HEALTH: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Declawed cats are not eligible for competition. BENCHING: Single cages are approximately 22"x22"x22" and is included with your entry. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Litter will be furnished. Bring your own litter pans, dishes and cat food. Novice exhibitors should bring cage curtains and grooming supplies. Please bring your cat in a suitable carrier.
